The management of ZiO Group of Companies pays special attention to the issues of personnel policy, combining a strategic approach to personnel development with individual attention and care for each specialist of the enterprise.
Our pride is the "School - University - Plant" project.
Its goal is to popularize engineering specialties among the younger generation, as well as pre-professional training of schoolchildren for conscious choice of the profession of a power engineer and admission to a specialized university - NRU "Moscow Power Engineering Institute".

Its goal is to popularize engineering specialties among the younger generation, as well as pre-professional training of schoolchildren for conscious choice of the profession of a power engineer and admission to a specialized university - NRU "Moscow Power Engineering Institute".
As part of the project, with participation of teachers and researchers from NRU MPEI and ZiO specialists, we are conducting a set of activities for pre-professional training of schoolchildren:
- on the basis of Vocational school No. 1 in Podolsk, optional classes in mathematics, physics and drawing are organized during the academic year;
- sightseeing tours are organized to enterprises of large power industry and to the largest technical universities in Russia;
- professional orientation.
For senior students of MPEI, the following events are organized:
- meetings with specialists of the energy industry;
- excursions to the production site;
- an internship is provided at the enterprises of ZiO Group of Companies, as well as the possibility of further employment.
Thanks to the long tradition of cooperation within the framework of the "School - University - Plant" project, more than 240 graduates of the Vocational school No. 1 in Podolsk, who graduated from NRU MPEI, have successfully built a career at ZiO.
