The annual general meeting of shareholders was held on June 06, 2022 at Machine-Building Factory of Podolsk JSC, one of the issues of which was the election of members of the Board of Directors. The reshaped composition of the Board of Directors was headed by Viktor Danilenko, President of ZiO Group of Companies.

“We entered this year with a very large book of orders and confidence in our production plans. However, in connection with the changed geopolitical situation, we are facing new challenges. Today, our key tasks are to ensure the smooth operation of the entire production chain and the preservation of human resources. I am sure that our close-knit team will adequately cope with new challenges, and together we will take the company to a new stage of development,” said Viktor Danilenko, commenting on his election.

Viktor Danilenko - Honored Mechanical Engineer of the Russian Federation, with experience in mechanical engineering for over 40 years. He headed such enterprises as: ZiO-Podolsk Machine-Building Plant OJSC, EMAlliance-Atom OJSC, United Machine-Building Plants OJSC (Uralmash-Izhora Group),Machine-Building Factory of Podolsk JSC. For about 15 years he served as Chairman of the Moscow Regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. He has repeatedly received various state, departmental, regional, municipal awards and diplomas.
