In accordance with the work schedule determined by the contractual obligations, JSC ZiO has started mobilization of installation subdivisions to the construction sites of boiler plants. Professional works for boiler units erection will be carried out by specialists of Krasnoyarsk Boiler-Building Plant LLC - one of the enterprises of Machine-Building Factory of Podolsk JSC Group of Companies.

Comprehensive testing, warranty tests and commissioning of ZiO boiler units are planned for 2023 - 2024.

JSC Machine-Building Factory of Podolsk is the oldest enterprise in the power engineering industry with more than 100 years of history. For more than 75 years, the company has been developing and manufacturing boiler plants with capacity of 300 to 800 MW.

Among the latest major projects of the company is the repair of the boiler at the 800 MW power unit No. 3 of Berezovskaya GRES. Machine Building Factory of Podolsk Group of Companies performed large-scale comprehensive works including inspection of a damaged boiler, supervision over dismantling of the structure, development, supply of boiler equipment, installation and commissioning. In particular, the unique thermal-mechanical operations for dismantling and installation of a new suspended boiler 106 meters high with auxiliary equipment with a total weight of 14,000 tons were carried out by the specialists of the Krasnoyarsk Boiler-Building Plant.
