During the visit, Dmitry Volkov got acquainted with the production process and discussed the prospects for its development. The key issue for discussion with General Director of KZMK M.V. Panov there was an issue of personnel recruitment.

Today, 436 people are employed at Kashira metal structures and boiler building plant, 90% of whom are residents of Kashirsky district of Moscow region. During the period of the pandemic, the number of employees did not decrease.

At the moment, the enterprise is operating at full capacity in compliance with necessary epidemiological requirements.

Kashira metal structures and boiler building plant is one of the oldest enterprises in the district, which specializes in manufacture of products for thermal power complex.

In 2019, with the assistance of Production Development Fund, the second stage of the enterprise reconstruction began. Machine tools with programmed numerical control were purchased to increase the production capacity of KZMK.

At present, ZiO Group is a vertically integrated structure of power engineering enterprises, the beneficiary of which is Machine-Building Factory of Podolsk JSC.
