ZiO Group of Companies: supply of equipment for the first boiler unit for Vladivostok CHPP-2 completed within the contract period
As part of a large-scale project for modernization of Vladivostok CHPP-2, ZiO Group of Companies is supplying three E-540-13.8-560GM type boiler units for the needs of PJSC RusHydro. Each boiler unit manufactured by ZiO with capacity of 540 t/h will be installed in place of two worn-out boilers with a capacity of 210 t of steam/hour.
Vladivostok CHPP-2 is the largest power facility in the capital of Primorye, which plays a key role in providing the city with electricity, heat and hot water.
The project is being implemented as part of the state program for modernization of thermal power industry.
To date, the equipment for the first boiler unit has been fully delivered, and its installation is under the supervision of ZiO’s supervising engineer. Commissioning is scheduled for the end of 2023.
In addition, the main high-pressure parts for the second boiler unit have already been manufactured.
Completion of the entire project is planned for the 4th quarter of 2027.
