In July 2021, within the framework of the contract for the supply of three steam utility boilers of Ep-500-13.8 - 565GM type for power generating units № 1-3 of Krasnodar TPP, ZiO Group of Companies began shipping the first batch of equipment - the boiler frame. The heating surfaces, tubular air heater, drum are also ready for shipment. Before shipment, the equipment undergoes acceptance at the production sites of the manufacturing plants by the representatives of the Customer.

The project for modernization of three power generating units of Krasnodar TPP, 150 MW each, is carried out within the framework of modernization program for generating facilities of thermal power plants DPM-2.

Commissioning of the facilities at Krasnodar TPP is planned in 2022-2024.

The power generating units of Krasnodar TPP are the main source of heat supply to consumers in Krasnodar, including socially significant facilities and dwellings, as well as are an important element in maintaining the reliability of the Unified Power System of the Russian South.

Machine-Building Factory of Podolsk named after Ordzhonikidze, the ultimate beneficiary of ZiO Group of Companies, is the oldest enterprise in the power engineering industry. More than 900 steam boilers for 190 domestic and foreign thermal power plants have been produced under ZiO brand.

ZiO is bound by long-term cooperation with the enterprises of LUKOIL PJSC, for which the factory carries out innovative projects, including the development of import-substituting products. ZiO's boiler equipment is successfully operating at Stavrolen TPP in Budennovsk, LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez's auxiliary power plants, and in power parks at Yaregskoye and Usinskoye oil fields. A successful example of import substitution was the joint development and creation of unique steam generating units for efficient production of hard-to-reach oil at the fields of LUKOIL PJSC.
