ZiO Group of companies manufactured and prepared for shipment the first batch of equipment for Baltic Chemical Complex
The equipment is supplied as a part of implementation of an agreement with JSC TEK Mosenergo for design, manufacture and supply of three boiler units for a boiler house as a part of the site facilities of Gas Chemical Complex being a part of Ethane-Containing Gas Processing Complex in Ust-Luga settlement, Leningrad region.
Steam boilers of type E-320-13.8-555G with a capacity of 320 t/h with steam parameters P=13.8 MPa and T=555 C° are designed to operate as part of a steam boiler house that provides steam for processing units of the Gas Chemical Complex, steam turbines and other needs of the site utilities.
ZiO Group of companies provides a full cycle of works, including services for supervision of installation, commissioning and briefing on the rules of operation and maintenance of the equipment supplied.
The project for construction of a gas chemical complex for production of polyethylene from ethane-containing gas produced at Gazprom's fields is being implemented by Baltic Chemical Complex (BCC). The joint project management group is represented by EPC contractor for construction of Baltic Chemical Complex “China National Chemical Engineering and Construction Corporation Seven” “CC7” and the contractor PMC - “PESCO Switzerland AG”, which has assumed the role of the general contractor of the BCC.
