On October 11, 2022, JSC ZiO signed an agreement with Ministry of Investments, Industry and Science of Moscow Region for cooperation in implementing the activities of the national project "Labor Productivity".

Training of employees of JSC Machine-Building Factory of Podolsk will become the first step within the framework of cooperation on the project.

For the purpose of developing the competencies of the company's managers, it is planned to conduct training under the "Productivity Leaders" program. Goal: training of management in relevant competencies and management skills in the context of large-scale production transformations, introduction of organizational and technological innovations that increase labor productivity.

Also, in order to develop the export potential of JSC ZiO, training on access to foreign markets will be organized as part of “Export Growth Accelerator” program. The goal is to form a systematic understanding of the efficient structuring of an export project, minimizing risks and reducing costs for further independent replication and scaling of the enterprise's export activities.

The national project "Labor Productivity" ensures the formation of a new production culture in the Russian Federation and is aimed at achieving the national goal "Decent, efficient work and successful entrepreneurship":

- Ensuring the growth rate of the country's gross domestic product above the world average while maintaining macroeconomic stability.

- Ensuring the rate of sustainable income growth of the population and the level of pension provision not lower than inflation.
